urbanbaazaar.com is Vyom UrbanBaazaar, the dedicated online destination for Kauseya Sarees, operated by Vyom Retail Ventures, the Retail Division of Vermaverse OPC Private Limited. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

We try to show every saree's colour, design and description accurately; colours can look slightly different on different screens. Prices are in Indian Rupees and the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Any shipping charge, if applicable, is shown before payment and never added afterwards.

Orders are prepaid online through Razorpay or paid in cash on delivery at no extra charge. A prepaid order is confirmed after successful payment verification and a cash-on-delivery order when it is placed, and you will receive an UrbanBaazaar Order ID by email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable, a payment cannot be verified or the address is not serviceable.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation policy. Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please don't misuse the site, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or copy its photos and content for commercial use without permission.

These terms do not limit any mandatory rights you have under Indian consumer protection law. They are governed by the laws of India.
