Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to process and dispatch confirmed orders within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during unusually high-volume sale periods may require additional processing time.

After dispatch, orders are generally expected to be delivered within:

• Metro & major cities: 3–5 business days
• Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote or limited-service locations: 5–10 business days

Most customers can normally expect delivery within approximately 4–9 business days from order confirmation, depending on the destination and courier serviceability.

Once an order has been dispatched, available shipment and tracking information will be shared through your registered mobile number, email address or the Track page.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, transport disruption, courier operational issues, public holidays, strikes, local restrictions or incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Products requiring customisation, special finishing, fall/pico work, stitching or other made-to-order services may require additional processing time. Where applicable, the estimated timeline will be communicated on the product page or during order confirmation.
