Privacy Policy

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and the contents of your messages. We also keep a record of your orders, payment status and delivery status.

Card, UPI and bank details are entered in Razorpay's secure payment window. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.

• To reply to your enquiries and handle returns, exchanges and complaints
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

We share only what is needed with the services that help us run the store: Razorpay for payments, courier partners for delivery, and our email and hosting providers. We do not sell your personal information.

The site stores your cart, wishlist and recent orders in your browser so they are there when you return. If you sign in, a login session is stored in the same way.

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to correct your details or delete information we are not required to keep.

We use the Vyom UrbanBaazaar Meta Pixel to measure page visits and enquiry-button clicks and support advertising optimization. Meta receives page URLs, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers. We do not send enquiry contents, names, email addresses or phone numbers as event parameters, and we do not enable automatic form-data matching.

Where consent is required, Meta tracking stays off until you accept. Elsewhere it operates unless you reject it or use a supported browser opt-out. Select Cookie settings to accept, reject or withdraw permission at any time. Opening settings alone does not change your choice.

We keep your decision, time, visitor reference and the version of the notice you saw; withdrawal preserves previous acceptance evidence. The Traffic tab separately records permitted browser events and anonymous visit references; these counts do not establish Meta receipt or ad attribution. Meta may process information internationally under its own privacy policy.
