Do you charge for delivery?

No. There is no delivery charge on any order — the price you see on a saree is the amount you pay at checkout.

Where do you ship from and where do you ship to?

Every order is packed at our store in Kadma, Jamshedpur, and dispatched across India. Right now we deliver within India only.

Are there any extra taxes or charges at checkout?

No. Your cart total is the final amount — no delivery fee, no handling charge and no tax line added after you press Pay.

How soon will my saree reach me?

We aim to dispatch confirmed orders within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days to metro and major cities, 4–7 to other cities and towns, and up to 10 to remote locations — roughly 4–9 business days from order confirmation in most cases. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during big sales may take a little longer to dispatch.

Can delivery be delayed?

Delivery times are estimates. Bad weather, courier issues, public holidays, strikes, local restrictions or an incomplete address can add time. Fall, pico, stitching or other custom work also needs extra time before dispatch.

Is there a minimum order?

No. One saree ships the same way ten sarees do.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, at no extra charge. Choose Cash on delivery at checkout and enter a phone number so the courier can reach you; you pay when the saree arrives. You can still pay online through Razorpay — UPI, cards or netbanking — if you prefer.

How do I track my saree?

Open the Track page, enter your order number and the email you used at checkout, and you'll see the payment, packing and delivery status in one timeline.

Where do I find my order number?

Accepted Answer

It is in the confirmation email we send the moment your payment succeeds — it starts with UB, like UB-D0EB97C9. It is also on your Orders page in the browser you bought from.

I've lost my order number.

Accepted Answer

Message us on WhatsApp or through the Contact page with the email you used at checkout and roughly when you ordered, and we'll send the number back.

Question 11

My order shows 'Paid' but nothing since.

Accepted Answer

That means your saree is being packed. The status moves to Shipped the moment the courier picks it up, and the tracking number appears in the same place.

The tracking link says delivered, but I have nothing.

Accepted Answer

Send us the order number and a photo of your doorstep or building entrance if you have one — we raise it with the courier the same day and either re-deliver or refund.

Can I return a saree?

Accepted Answer

Yes — within 5 days of delivery. The saree should be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with tags and packaging. Message us with your order number, the reason and photos, and we'll confirm the next steps. Full details are on the Returns, Refunds & Cancellation page.

Can I exchange a saree?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within 5 days of delivery, on the same condition rules as returns and subject to the replacement saree being available. If it isn't, we offer a refund instead.

The saree arrived damaged or it isn't what I ordered.

Accepted Answer

Tell us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — with your order number, photos of the saree and packaging, and an unboxing video if you have one. A damaged, defective or wrong saree is put right with a replacement or a refund.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, before it is dispatched. Once the saree is with the courier it can't be cancelled, but you can use the return process after delivery. Approved cancellations are refunded in full to your original payment method.

How long do refunds take?

Accepted Answer

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days after approval and any required return check. They go back to the card, UPI ID or bank account you paid with, through Razorpay, and we email you when the refund is sent. Your bank then decides how quickly it shows in your account.

My payment failed but the money left my account.

Accepted Answer

A failed payment is usually reversed automatically by the bank within a few working days. If it hasn't come back, send us the payment reference from your bank statement and we'll chase it.

Is it safe to pay on this site?

Payment runs through Razorpay, a licensed Indian payment gateway, over an encrypted window. Your card details are never stored on this site.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI, debit and credit cards, and netbanking — whatever your Razorpay window shows for your bank.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes. The confirmation email lists your order number, every saree, the total paid and a Track button — that is your receipt.

Can I buy several sarees in one payment?

Yes. Add them to the cart, change quantities there, and one payment covers the whole cart.

Do you offer discount codes?

Not yet. The cart accepts a code today but no codes are live; the moment they are, they'll be shown on the site.

Are the sarees one size?

Yes — a saree is a long drape, so it fits without a size chart. Where a blouse piece is included it is unstitched, so it can be stitched to your measurements.

Does the saree come with a blouse piece?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes. Whether a blouse piece is in the parcel is stated on that saree's page; if it isn't mentioned there, message us before you buy and we'll confirm.

Are these handwoven or pure silk sarees?

We only describe a saree as something we can verify. The fabric, care and price are on every saree's page — if a claim isn't listed there, it isn't a claim we're making.

Will the colour match my screen?

Photographs are of the saree you'll receive, but every screen renders colour slightly differently. If a shade matters to you, message us and we'll send a closer photo.

Kauseya Sarees is the saree brand of Kauseyam, the textile division of Vermaverse OPC Private Limited. Vyom UrbanBaazaar is the one place it sells online, run by Vyom Retail Ventures.
